Established in 2007, Fiona Whiting Associates HR Consultancy is a thriving business working in partnership with a range of organisations and business leaders to enable and support more effective and engaging management of people. The nature of our business means that we don’t put our clients’ details in large letters on our website. Much of what we do is highly sensitive, often confidential and behind the scenes, working closely with Chief Executives, Directors, business owners and internal HR teams. Often acting as confidant to senior managers, providing expert advice and the independence of an external view we work with you to resolve your internal problems and create more positive and constructive working relationships for the future. Our aim is to provide sustainable solutions on people matters supporting your business and the individuals within it to flourish and grow.

As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD), combined with a first degree in law, a masters degree in human resource leadership and extensive practical experience, Fiona Whiting, Managing Director, is able to provide expert yet practical support and understanding. Fiona has worked in the HR field for over 20 years and has experience with a wide range of clients across the health, not for profit, charitable, higher education and SME sectors.

Fiona is also a member of the British Psychological Society and can offer experience, training and accreditation as a workplace mediator, a coach and mentor, a 360 degree appraisal feedback facilitator, and an administrator of various psychometric instruments including MBTI, TKI, CPI 260 and Facet 5.

Our partners and associates also offer wide ranging experience across the public and private sectors along with high level qualifications allowing us to offer services including HR, training, management and leadership development and health and safety.  grow
